The problem
Most of a capture is spent finding and reading, not writing.
Opportunities are scattered across federal and state portals. The ones worth bidding arrive as a stack of documents, with amendments that quietly change what was already read. By the time a team understands the requirement, the response window has narrowed.
Proposal iQ works the whole arc, finding the opportunity, analyzing the solicitation, and drafting against what it found. Your team keeps the bid decision, the win themes and the submission.
- Government contracting teams pursuing federal and state work
- Small and mid-size contractors without a dedicated proposal shop
- Teams running several opportunities at once against short deadlines
- Anyone who has lost a bid on a compliance gap rather than a technical one
Capabilities
Three jobs, across the life of a pursuit.
Opportunity Search
Find relevant federal and state opportunities faster.
Search across federal and state sources and surface the pursuits that actually fit your capability, so the pipeline is built on relevance rather than volume.
Requirements Analysis
Extract key requirements and identify compliance gaps automatically.
The solicitation and its amendments are read together, key requirements are pulled out, and gaps between what is asked and what you can evidence are flagged before they become a disqualification.
Smart Drafting
Draft stronger responses faster with intelligent suggestions.
Draft against the extracted requirements rather than a blank page, with suggestions that keep the response aligned to what the solicitation actually asked for.
How it works
How the pipeline runs.
Platform and trust
The same environment that runs our assessment platform.
Proposal iQ is not a separate stack. It runs as a container on the same Azure Commercial Cloud subscription and environment as AssessIQ, and draws on the same FedRAMP High authorized PaaS services.
That matters because a solicitation is frequently as sensitive as the assessment that follows it. Draft pricing, teaming arrangements and technical approach are competition-sensitive from the moment they exist, and they deserve the same footing as the evidence corpus in an assessment engagement.
- Shared Azure environment. One subscription, one hardened environment, containerized alongside AssessIQ.
- FedRAMP High authorized PaaS. The same authorized platform services underpin both products.
- Your data path. Content stays inside the authorized AI data path selected for your tenant, on every call.
- Tenant isolation enforced on every query, with role-based access and single sign-on through your identity provider.
- Tamper-evident audit trail across uploads, extractions and exports.
- Continuous security scanning of the platform, mapped to NIST 800-53 controls.
Collaboration
A pursuit is a team sport. The tool should know that.
Capture leads, technical writers, contracts and pricing all touch the same solicitation, usually in different documents and at different hours. Proposal iQ keeps the analysis and the drafting in one place so the team works from one reading of the requirement.
- One shared reading. Everyone works from the same extracted requirements, not four private copies of the RFP.
- Traceable to the source. Requirements point back to the document and section they came from.
- Amendments carried through. A change introduced late does not go missing because it never appeared in the base document.
- Your team decides. Bid or no-bid, win themes and final wording stay with the people accountable for the submission.
Why it exists
We built it for our own capture work.
DASATECH bids federal work. Proposal iQ started as the tool we wanted for our own pursuits, in the same way AssessIQ started as the tool we wanted for our own assessments.
Both come from the same conviction: where expert judgment is the valuable part, software should take the reading and the cross-referencing around it, and leave the judgment alone.
Tell us what the contract requires. We’ll tell you what it takes.
A 30-minute scoping call is usually enough to size the gap, name the deliverables and give you a realistic date for authorization.
